Rubber-Cal will be exhibiting at the National Hardware Show from May 5th to May 7th. Hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The National Hardware Show is the prime hub for home improvement and DIY markets in America. It is where the professionals go for direct sourcing, trading, and education in the latest developments in this industry.
The National Hardware Show was established in 1945 as a result of the Post-War housing boom. It was intended to act as a venue for the construction industry to come together and showcase their latest products and developments. The event was born in New York, was moved to Chicago in the 70’s, and has in recent years settled in Las Vegas.
Greg Yoon and Josh Krueger will represent Rubber-Cal at the National Hardware Show. For the three days of the event they will be showcasing Rubber-Cal’s rubber mats, doormats, and sheet rubber products.
“Rubber-Cal’s product line makes it a natural fit for the home improvement emphasis of the National Hardware Show,” says Josh Krueger, the Technical Sales Manager at Rubber-Cal, “I’m really excited to show the industry professionals what we have to offer them.”
The show floor plays host to various exhibits dedicated to product categories within the home improvement industry. Examples of these exhibits include building products, hardware tools, plumbing, electrical, and outdoors to name a few. This allows the attendees to find the right products and exhibitions for their needs.
For the 2014 show last year, the organizers attached an overarching theme for each day of the event. On the opening day of the 2014 show, the theme was “World of Home Improvement”, which was a tribute to the international exhibitors attending the event. Day two hosted the “Made in the USA” theme that highlighted the success of domestically made products and their manufacturers. The third day was labeled as “Innovation Day”, where innovative new products are brought to the attention of the assembled industry professionals.
