What are your business hours?
Our experts are available by phone and email during regular business hours every Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Our showroom is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pacific Standard Time. Our will-call hours are also the same as the showroom’s (Will calls are currently not available on Saturdays)
How do I place an order?

How do I order a rubber flooring sample?
We understand that rubber floors can be a difficult item to shop for online. Whether you are buying for a home improvement project or shopping for commercial flooring in bulk, we know that a physical sample can be one of the most useful tools for any customer. Help yourself to make better, more informed decisions by ordering samples of any number of Rubber-Cal products.
We provide samples for most of our rubber mats and flooring products. Please note that most samples are credit card-sized pieces (approximately 2” x 3”) for ease of shipping. However, larger sized samples are available upon request with additional shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: A specific gauge or size cannot be requested as a sample; our product samples are cut out of random stock and arbitrarily sized.
How long do I have to wait to receive my sample(s)?
We ship our samples via the U.S. Postal Service. Because we are located in Southern California, products may take up to one week to reach our customers on the East Coast. At this time, we do not ship rubber samples to locations outside the continental United States.
How can I receive my samples sooner?
We are happy to ship samples by FedEx Express as long as the prospective firm or customer is willing to cover additional shipping costs. If you need your samples by a certain date, please consult one of our specialists via phone or email.
What are your credit terms?
Upon the approval of credit, open account terms are 1% 10 DAYS net 30 and past due thereafter. Delinquent accounts at 60 days will be placed for collection. A finance charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% yearly) will be applied when an account is past due. If you wish to establish open terms, please download a credit application here.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept most Visa, Mastercard, all American Express cards, Discover Card, and most debit cards. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal.com.
Do your rubber products smell?
Yes! Unfortunately, that rubbery smell is a natural feature of any rubber product. Some of our rubber flooring does lose that strong rubber scent over time. However, if you are planning to install rubber mats or flooring in any enclosed space, please remember that this can slow the dissipation of a strong rubber scent, potentially making the scent more powerful and noticeable.
If you are sensitive to smells or worried about a strong rubber scent, please consult one of our Rubber Flooring Experts! Our specialists will point you toward products that have proven to lose their smell over time or that are infused with artificial scents to help alleviate the rubber smell.

How quickly can I expect my product to ship from your warehouse?
At Rubber-Cal, we make every effort to ensure that a majority of stocked orders are filled within 24 hours of placement. We do our best to provide our customers with fast, efficient delivery no matter their geographic location. And because we inventory popular sizes and product designs, we are also able to offer emergency shipments of product in as few as 24 hours! Some custom cut product may have longer lead time, which is quoted at the time of inquiry.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We calculate our shipping costs according to shipment weight and zip code. If you are worried about the cost of shipping, tell us the type of product you need and the shipment’s destination. With that information, our staff can generally offer a shipping quote over the phone or by email.
How do you ship your rubber flooring products?
Depending on size and weight of the product, we use a variety of carriers in order to lessen the burden of shipping costs on our customers. Most small mats and packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. If the order requires express delivery, we ship using FedEx Express Air Services (one day, two day, or three day).
Heavy or oversized shipments (150 pounds or more) are shipped nationwide via preferred carriers (Dotline Transportation, Custom Freight, Yellow Freight, and Old Dominion), and oversized shipments are shipped to West Coast locations via Best Overnite Freight. PLEASE NOTE: Next day or same day deliveries may also be available for some shipments if they are shipped using the above freight carriers. In these cases, one of our Experts will contact you with a freight quote prior to the shipment of your order.
